We begin by chatting by phone or in person - getting to know you, your accomplishments, and your goals moving forward.

If one of our current searches seems to fit with your career goals, we  provide you with a thorough briefing about the position including the background and size of the company, corporate culture, specific expectations and goals for the position, and personalities and work styles of the people with whom you will meet.

We will schedule and help prepare you for the interview and keep you informed of any developments that might help or hinder you in getting the job.

We facilitate the interview process, helping to schedule further meetings and answer any questions that come up along the way. We debrief with you and the client after each interview.

When negotiating an offer, we serve as an intermediary to line up both parties’ expectations and come to a mutually beneficial agreement.
